Stays less than 5 days, we require full payment up front to hold the house. For weekly stays, we require 50% up-front for the deposit to hold the house, with the remaining due 30 days prior to your stay. A contract will be provided with the full terms and cancellation policy. There is a 2 week cancellation policy.
